A Leadership Training School (LTS) is a 3 month intensive course where you get trained, equipped, and inspired to pioneer new mission projects or excel existing ones. Come with a dream or simply to fulfil God´s dream. This LTS will help you build a wholistic lifestyle, find your purpose and life mission and get a wide range of skills to lead ministry, serve communities, and reach nations. At the end of the course, you will have completed a 2 year missions project plan, ready to be initiated.

YWAM Norway is launching a Medical Ship ministry to help build the nation of
Papua New Guinea, while preparing a new wave of missionaries from Norway. To equip young leaders to make this reality is an added focus for the LTS.
